Our activities under this dimension of our organisation has mostly been geared towards our own employees. Our work force already come from vulnerable groups of the society. We believe that we ought to start from this itself.

We have recently been providing our employees with free medical checks, and in this regard, we organise an annual health day, while we also collaborate with Kalis Foundation on its annual blood donation.

Our employees are provided with regular training in collaboration with Premium Business School. The training though for non-award courses, provide our employees with a high degree of achievement, of which, circumstances of life has deprived them so far.

We ensure our employees be given opportunities to climb the hierarchical ladder. We believe that the success of an enterprise is not measured solely through financial performance but also through the personal achievements of its employees.
