Operations Department

 

This is the nerve centre of the organization, where various people, carrying out different activities, come into play and create linkages among themselves to ensure that the end product/service is delivered to clients. This consists of our operations for Cleaning Services, Facilities Management and Building & Construction. Departments are separated into purchasing, asset management, building & civil works, electrical & mechanical works, stock & fleet, as well as supervisory personnel.

While the functioning of this specific department entails that all the above-mentioned people come together, it must be mentioned that the thing that allows for a constructive functioning of the department is the Quality Management System. The QMS sets procedures which allow for the different people to operate in parallel, all the while avoiding any conflict between the functions.
