Quality Management

Quality of service is the cornerstone for business success. The increasing demand for quality service from customers and the need for improved work systems have driven the adoption of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System in 2004 for Keep Clean. Hence Keep Clean has a quality department which is fully involved in the monitoring of quality at all levels in the enterprise.

Keep Clean was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System in 3rd June 2004 by the Mauritius Standards Bureau and ISO 9001:2008 on the 16th October 2009.  Later in 2018, it was upgraded to ISO 9001:2015 to provide a better service to our client exigence. 

ISO certification is not an end for Keep Clean. It is a pathway through which it targets to attain business excellence by a systematic approach to work systems, processes and procedures, strategy and management commitment.

Keep Clean focuses on customers' requirements and expectation, management commitment, continuous improvement and documented processes and procedures.

The company extends quality to its value system, mission and vision, which ultimately helps in consolidating team spirit and total dedication among staffs and building a quality culture aimed at fostering future growth.

The scope of registration is limited to the provision of Industrial Cleaning Services, Cleaning of Carpet and Rug, Management of Real Estate, Supervision of Construction and Provision of Hygiene Services. The emphasis on quality has enabled the company to compete on a strategic ground where there is no compromise on price and customer satisfaction
